Nelson have offered Burton de Wett terms for 2011.
The South African has enjoyed a successful season at Seedhill, helping Nelson to sixth place in the table with two matches to play.
The all rounder has so far scored 710 runs at 54.7, including seven half centuries and taken 46 wickets at 15.0 in 19 matches since joining the club in mid May after Nelson's original signing fell through.
